SPA POLICIES
We strive to give our clients a true luxury experience.
These policies are in place to allow our business to run efficiently, while maintaining the safety, satisfaction, and well-being of each client.

Guest Policy
- No children, guests, or pets are permitted in the spa during your appointment. *Clients booked for a makeup service are allowed 1 guest to accompany them during their appointment. Guest must be at least 15 years of age.
Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years of age to receive the following services:
Facial Treatments, Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Lash Tints, Brow Lamination, Brow Tint.
- You must be at least 15 years of age to receive Brow Shaping or Makeup and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during entire service.
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 48-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- A 25% deposit is required for all bookings.
- Cancellations made 48-hours or more in advance: Deposit fully refunded
- Reschedules made 48-hours or more in advance: Deposit transferred to new date
- Day-of cancellations or no-shows: No deposit refund. New deposit required to rebook.
- Frequent day-of cancellations or no-shows: Full pre-payment required for future services booked.
Allergic Reactions
- As with any treatment, products that are used on the skin or eyes, although rare, may cause irritation or allergic reaction. By booking any service, you assume these risks and hold Bellevue Beauty Cove LLC and its aestheticians harmless of these risks.
- If you experience a reaction after a lash extension service, please call the spa right away to schedule a lash removal.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be given for Gift Cards. Please treat Gift Cards like cash.
- Refunds will not be given for treatments.
- We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. If you are unsatisfied in any way with the service you received, please inform us immediately. We will do everything we can to remedy the situation.

Misconduct
- Our client's and aesthetician's comfort and safety is our top priority. Verbal or physical misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
